I've been so busy with cakes that I haven't updated in a couple of months. I just added photos of a fall wedding, Wii, Mars, a penguin and more!

Holy mole! it's been a while since I've updated. I added 3 special occasion cakes: a roller skate, baby shower, and a globe cake. I also put up a truly original wedding cake from September. I have several other cakes booked for the next couple of weeks and I'll be sure to make a more timely update!

I just added two new pictures; one of a killer whale cake and one for an Irish family reunion.

I've been doing a lot of experimenting lately and I think you'll love the two photos I just added. One is a red and white cake for a bridal shower and the other is a cake done in different shades of purple. Thanks for stopping by!

I just added four new photos: a baby shower cake, princess cake, cowgirl boot and a masquerade mask. 2008 is proving to be busy both with cakes and my personal life, so that explains the lack of updates in the last two months.

Last week was crazy! I made six cakes and all of them turned out really well. I've added 4 new pictures to the Special Occasion section of my portfolio.

Over the weekend, I made a whimsical cake incorporating some of the elements from The Lorax, a Dr. Seuss book. It's in the "Other" section of my portfolio.

From December 2-9, I have 6 really awesome cakes to make. I've sketched out most of them and they're going to be awesome! Check back for more updates!

After four long years of reading, homework and tests, I am officially a college graduate! Boy, does it feel nice!

There's a new wedding cake and a groom's cake in my portfolio. The wedding cake features my new favorite cake/filling combination: butter almond cake with lemon curd filling. For now, I'll call it "The Priscilla."

Over the weekend I took a two-day cake class with the one and only Nicholas Lodge. I've posted both pictures in the New Cakes section of my portfolio. The first cake is an African hat box and the second is a French toile purse. It was an incredible experience and I learned countless techniques that I can incorporate in future cakes.

I made a horse-themed birthday cake over the weekend and I posted a picture. Enjoy!

There's a new section in the portfolio called Adult Cakes. However, those pictures will be available upon request only to avoid offending anyone visiting my website.

I've finally added the pictures from the last wedding. I apologize in advance for the slightly poor photography on the wedding cake. It was decorated with fresh Gerbera daisies and the groom is obviously a Tennessee fan.

I spent all of last weekend in the kitchen working on a wedding cake and a groom's cake. Stay tuned for the pictures. Now that I have a little down time, I'm going to work on some new recipes and techniques that's I've really wanted to try. I just added another picture of a cake I made this morning. In the past, I was putting the newer pictures at the end but I've moved them around to have the most recent photos at the beginning (That's the way I'll be doing it from now on). I'm headed back to the kitchen for another cake today and wedding next weekend. More pictures are headed your way!

The Portfolio has been updated with a few pictures and a brand new look. There will be plenty of new photos in the coming weeks, including some from a wedding. I love weddings!

I know it's late but, Happy New Year! I've been really busy with cakes lately, but I haven't had my camera to take photos. So far, I've got three wedding cakes scheduled for this year and I might be more excited than the brides. I made a little heart for Travis on Valentine's Day and I did get a picture of that, so take a peek at the Portfolio.

Today, I made a cake for a faculty party at Georgia Tech and I posted a picture of it. (Even Buzz is edible, I made it out of candy!) I've already got two more cake jobs lined up for the next week, so keep checking back for another update.

Unfortunately, I had to come home from the most wonderful vacation in the world. I had an incredible time and it went by way too fast. The good news for you is, I'm back in the kitchen. I know someone must need a cake, so spread the word!

I added a new picture to the portfolio section. (Thank you, Hayley, for sending it to me.) I'm leaving today to visit Travis in France for two weeks! Unfortunately, I won't be making any cakes until July 1st. I'll let you know when I'm back and taking orders again.

Hello! Travis fixed the portfolio, because he is awesome. Now, everyone should be able to view the photos. I have five cake orders for the upcoming week, and will be updating the portfolio very soon. If you know anyone that is getting married, or having any other occasion that requires a gorgeous cake, please give them my name.

Well the site is up and rolling and I'm ready for business! Travis is still working on getting the portfolio to work in Internet Explorer (Mozilla and Netscape users should be ok).
