A Classic, White Wedding

This classic, white wedding cake is the same design of a wedding cake I made in September 2011.  It’s just timeless.


The insides of this cake were anything but white.  From the top down, the flavors were: vanilla, butter-almond with raspberry filling, chocolate and cinnamon.

Each tier was covered in white fondant and I used white gumpaste to make the swags.  I used tips 4, 5, 10, and 12 to make the dots and tip 12 for the border.  White gumpaste roses made the perfect topper.
