I have been baking and decorating cakes for customers in the Atlanta area since 2002. After I mastered the basics, I soon began to expand my horizons by baking for friends and family. I had a flood of cake orders shortly thereafter and it has yet to taper off. The success I have experienced in my kitchen has influenced me to pursue my dream of owning and operating a cake shop after I graduate from college. In 2007, I became more inspired than ever after studying under Nicholas Lodge, a world famous sugar artist and featured judge on the Food Network.
